Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations and company HR policies.
- Support audits and investigations related to HR practices, employee records and labor standards.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal and regulatory changes.
- Monitor adherence to compliance requirments and report any non-compliance to the management.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records related to HR compliance matters.
- Handling matters related to the Personal Data Protection Act and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) compliance in relation to HR functions.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Degree or a diploma in Human Resources/Business Administration or related field.
- Diploma in Labor Laws will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 02 years of experience in HR compliance and employee relations.
- Experience in handling matters related to the Personal Data Protection Act and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) compliance in relation to HR functions.
- Familiarity with labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory standards.
- Strong analytical, organizational and report writing skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
