The Role
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented professional who can transform ideas into compelling visual content. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role requiring someone who can consistently produce high-quality videos, graphics, and multimedia content while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Working closely with the marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content across a variety of digital platforms, including social media, websites, digital advertising campaigns, and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities
Video Production & Editing
- Produce, edit, and optimise high-quality promotional videos for digital marketing campaigns
- Create engaging video content for social media platforms, websites, advertising campaigns, and course promotions
- Edit raw footage into professional, polished videos using industry-standard software
- Synchronise video, audio, graphics, music, and effects to create compelling content
- Apply motion graphics, transitions, animations, and visual effects where appropriate
- Ensure all video content is professionally branded and aligned with company guidelines
Creative Design & Content Creation
- Design eye-catching thumbnails, graphics, banners, and visual assets for digital campaigns
- Create multimedia content that increases audience engagement and brand awareness
- Develop visual concepts and creative ideas in collaboration with the marketing team
- Support the creation of advertising creatives for paid campaigns across multiple platforms
- Ensure all content maintains a high standard of quality, consistency, and professionalism
Campaign Support & Innovation
- Work closely with the marketing team to deliver content aligned with campaign objectives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements
- Stay up to date with industry trends, editing techniques, and social media best practices
- Proactively suggest innovative content ideas to increase engagement, reach, and conversions
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing, content creation, or multimedia production
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and creative design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and/or Final Cut Pro
- Strong understanding of video production, motion graphics, and visual storytelling
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Desirable Skills
- Experience creating content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Knowledge of animation, colour grading, and advanced motion graphics
- Experience with photography, videography, or content planning
- Understanding of digital marketing and content performance metrics
