Showroom Sales Executive | Pettah (Colombo 11)
About the Role
Robert Agencies Pvt Ltd is a long established retailer specializing in audio equipment and electronic items.
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom, delivering excellent customer service.
- Promote and showcase products while explaining technical details.
- Maintain and organize the showroom, ensuring products are displayed attractively and professionally.
- Process sales, prepare invoices, and handle cash or digital payments accurately.
- Build and maintain strong customers relationships, providing after-sales support.
- Achieve showroom sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
- Successful completion of G.C.E O/L.
- Retail sales experience preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage).
- Friendly, approachable, and proactive personality.
- Ability to work in a team.
