- Manage day-time / night-time dispatch operations, ensuring efficient vehicle scheduling and routing.
- Communicate with drivers and operations teams to maintain smooth dispatch workflows.
- Handle customer service inquiries related to transport logistics.
- Monitor and optimize fleet utilization to minimize downtime.
- Provide daily operational reports and support strategic improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in dispatch operations, transport, or logistics.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in dispatch software, GPS tracking, and fleet management is an advantage.
