Junior Executive - Supply Chain
Job Profile
- Oversee and manage the company's rider and bike fleet operations.
- Coordinate insurance and revenue license renewals, handle insurance claims, and manage MoMo device supply and repairs.
- Support system-related processes for rider onboarding.
- Provide and coordinate necessary information for payroll processing.
- Liaise with key stakeholders including HR, Finance, riders, RGMs, banks, insurance and finance providers, garages, police, and other suppliers.
- Ensure timely payments to all vendors and service providers.
- Assist with renovation audits and scrap sales to support efficient outlet renovations.
- Actively contribute to and support company projects as required.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in fleet management.
- Prior experience in procurement, stock-taking, and the RFQ process will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A strong team player with the energy and drive to support new initiatives.
