Staff Nurse (Etu/ICU/ Operation Theater & Wards) | Thalawathugoda / Wattala
Job Profile:
- Provide effective, patient centered nursing care while ensuring all clinical quality standards are met.
- Communicate clearly with patients and their guardians regarding treatment plans and care needs.
- Support daily clinical activities and cooperate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth patient care delivery.
- Monitor, document, and report hospital acquired infections in accordance with clinical protocols and safety guidelines.
Candidate Profile
- With a 3 year Nursing Diploma or Degree supported with an approved theory and practical course structured from a recognized institute.
- Registered Nurse in SLNC or PHSRC.
- More than 2-3 years' experience as a staff nurse in a reputed healthcare institute.
- With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, kindhearted and dedicated to patient care.
