- Minimum 10 years of experience in public relations, corporate coordination, liaision, or administrative-related work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Sinhala and Tamil language skills are required
- Ability to coordinate with government institutions, private organizations, and external stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
