Supervisor To Farm Livestock Staff, Assigned to a unit
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder in Animal Husbandry or other relevant qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in farm production environment.
- Good Communication skills in both English and Sinhala & computer literate.
- A self-motivated individual who can work methodically.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all farm production, maintenance and HR related activities for the Unit assigned.
Skills:
- Ability to work under pressure and meet the relevant targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with strong problem-solving skills.
