Stores Keeper (Male) | Gampaha
Oleena Natural Foods (Private) Limited is an ISO 22000:2018 and CDA (Coconut Development Authority) 5 Star Certified coconut-based products manufacturing company located in Divulapitiya with the aim of expanding its' range of products.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution.
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing, with a focus on meeting customer delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate transportation and distribution efforts to minimize delays
- Implement and maintain efficient inventory control practices to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
- Manage and resolve any operational issues or discrepancies as they arise.
- Assisted in the development and execution of inventory management strategies, ensuring optimal stock levels.
Qualifications and skills:
- Dynamic and energetic personality with a "go-getter attitude" and ready to deliver results on stretched challenges and targets.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience in stores/warehouse operations.
- Warehouse Management Certification can be considered an extra qualification.
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala languages and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and strong analytical skills.
- Computer literacy with knowledge in MS Excel, including ERP Systems.
- Age below 30.
