Sales Assistant
Aromatic Laboratories (Pvt) Ltd is a reputed manufacturer of high-quality food colours, flavours, milkshake mixes, and spice blends, with a strong focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in daily operations and customer coordination.
- Process customer orders, payments, and prepare invoices accurately.
- Maintain and update sales records, databases, and client information.
- Ensure consistent communication with clients and address their inquiries promptly.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities to strengthen brand visibility.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order delivery.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets and overall business goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, invoicing software).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
