Executive - Sales
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Assist the senior sales team in preparing proposals, presentations and sales documents.
- Identify potential leads through understanding of the company products/services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Track sales progress and maintain accurate records, feedback, and opportunities.
- Provide a high level of customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Following CIM or any other professional qualification in marketing.
- Experience in shipping industry will be added advantage.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and oral).
- Basic Knowledge on MS office packages.
- Ability to build rapport and establish strong working relationship.
