- Perform a variety of spa services, including Massage, Facials, Body treatments and other therapies
- Customize treatments based on clients’ needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience for each client.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and any health concerns.
- Discuss medical history, stress levels, and pain points to tailor treatments effectively.
- Ensure all treatment rooms are clean, well-stocked, and organized before and after each session.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Regularly check equipment and supplies to ensure everything is in working order and report any issues promptly.
- Keep accurate records of client treatments and preferences for future reference.
- Schedule appointments, manage client bookings, and handle any changes or cancellations as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in hotel as SPA therapist
- NVQ Level 3, ITEC, VTCT OR equivalent massage related qualifications
- Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience
- Having thorough knowledge of how to carry out specific treatments in a sophisticated environment
- Minimum IELTS score of 6.0, demonstrating strong English language Excellent
