Work Responsibility
- Delivering effective solution to customer with order -related queries by coordinating with sales -planning, production and logistics department
- Handling and monitoring of order delivery
- Ensuring a positive customer experience by correctly identifying the customer's problem and providing the right solution to his problem.
- Possessing knowledge of principles and practices in customer service
Qualifications
- Having written and spoken communication skill in English and Sinhala
- One year experience in working in an office
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
