Cash Collector

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
- Negotiate with customers to arrange timely settlement of outstanding amounts.
- Coordinate and follow up on the collection of payments from customers.
- Ensure collection targets are achieved within the agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of debtor accounts and continuously monitor outstanding balances.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on debtor balances and collection performance to management.
Key Requirements:
- Age between 35 - 45 years.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Possession of a valid driving license.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to balance priorities and be able to operate independently and efficiently.
