Quantity Surveyor | Gampaha
Location: Head Office (Gampaha)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing project costs, ensuring accurate Bill of Quantities, and managing cost plans for construction projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- HNDE/NDES/NCT/NVQ in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction sites
- Experience in preparing bills for government-related building construction projects will be an added advantage
- Salary Negotiable based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze all project documentation before commencing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Accurately estimate material, labor, and equipment costs for construction projects
- Develop and maintain detailed BOQs and cost plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications
- Conduct site inspections and measurements to validate cost estimates and project requirements
- Prepare project interim and final payment certificates based on site progress and contractual agreements
