Customer Service cum Sales Marketing Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email, assisting clients and candidates with inquiries.
- Manage high-volume calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
- Perform data entry and maintain records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist with reporting, generating daily and weekly reports as needed.
- Support onboarding and inductions, coordinating schedules and documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Minimum Requirements,
- A/L completed in the Science stream
- Positive attitude/ hunter mindset
- Minimum 1 year of experience in overseas operations in a Call Center, Sales & Marketing, or Business Administration
- Fluent in English - clear accent is important
- Science / Chemistry professional qualification or any skills in water will be advantageous
- Female preferred / but a well-disciplined male can be considered
- If required, professional training (further study opportunity can be considered)
