We’re looking for a Sales Executive who can take charge of recruiting, leading, and motivating a team to achieve outstanding sales results. The ideal candidate will develop business strategies, manage client relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales executives
- Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets
- Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and ethical practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development (team leadership experience is an advantage)
