Responsibilities :
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
- Process Payments, Petty Cash payments and maintain Petty Cash Float Assist in Internal reporting and annual audits
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Undertaking other general duties
Qualifications :
- The ideal candidate should be a Christian or a Roman Catholic Candidates below 40 years of age will be preferred
- G.C.E. A/L in Commerce Stream
- Minimum 1 year experience in a reputed Audit Firm or Commercial Organization
- Part qualification in AAT/CA/CMA will be an added advantage
- Good command of Spoken and written English
- Experience in maintaining Books of Accounting & General Ledger
- Computer Literacy and experience in Accounting Software
- Ability to meet strict deadlines, work under pressure, perform multiple tasks within the capacity
