The Role
We need a versatile creative who can tell our story through both static visuals and dynamic video. You will be our visual brand guardian, moving seamlessly between designing high-end corporate collateral and shooting engaging, fast-paced Reels that showcase our physical team-building events.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design: Create professional marketing materials, event brochures, social media carousels, and sales presentations using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Video Production: Edit footage from our physical events into high-energy highlight reels and promotional clips using professional software (Premiere Pro/After Effects).
- Social Video (Reels): Concept, shoot (on mobile/camera), and edit trend-driven vertical videos for Instagram/TikTok.
- Content Capture: Capability to record content during events or in-office to create "Behind the Scenes" or educational clips.
Compulsory Skills
- Adobe Creative Suite: Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator is non-negotiable.
- Video Editing: Strong skills in video post-production (Premiere Pro, DaVinci, or Final Cut).
- Mobile Content Creation: Ability to shoot and edit fast, engaging content for Reels/Shorts on Capcut.
Nice to have
- Motion graphics/Animation skills.
- Photography experience.
