Aromat, a fast-growing baby food company based in Kahathuduwa–Polgasowita, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves managing social media platforms, creating engaging digital content, generating and following up on sales leads, and building strong relationships with customers and sales partners.
The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of digital marketing, strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently. Candidates based around the Piliyandala area are preferred.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM. This is a great opportunity to grow with an expanding company while earning performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging content and run digital marketing campaigns
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Respond to customer inquiries and build strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with sales partners and maintain partner relationships
- Assist in developing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales
- Prepare basic sales and marketing performance reports
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Creative thinking and ability to work independently
- Previous experience in digital marketing or sales is an added advantage
