Executive Officer / Senior Executive Officer (Gold Loan) | Panadura / Negombo / Kandy
JOB PROFILE
- Marketing of the Gold Loan products to potential customers to enhance the portfolio.
- Developing promotional activities regularly to enhance the business and negotiating pawning facilities with clients.
- Attending to marketing campaigns and supporting the unit to achieve set business targets.
- Checking gold articles, performing valuation and assessment of articles, and negotiating with customers regarding advances under given guidelines.
- Testing all gold jewellery with densimeter, touch stone, and acid tests to record weight and karatage in the Gold Valuation Report.
- Ensuring adherence to all operational processes and guidelines while advancing within approved limits.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Passed GCE (A/L) Examination.
- Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of Pawning/Gold Loan experience in a recognized financial environment.
- Knowledge of the evaluation of gold content and the ability to identify fake and dud gold is essential.
- Knowledge on evaluation of gold content in gold articles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
