- உணவக மேலாளர் அல்லது உதவி உணவக மேலாளராகக் குறைந்தபட்சம் 3 வருட அனுபவம்.
- சிறந்த தலைமைத்துவ மற்றும் பணியாளர் முகாமைத்துவத் திறன்கள்.
- உணவகச் செயல்பாடுகள், பணியாளர்கள், சரக்கு இருப்பு (inventory) மற்றும் வாடிக்கையாளர் சேவை ஆகியவற்றை நிர்வகிப்பதில் அனுபவம்.
- உணவுப் பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் சுகாதாரத் தரநிலைகள் குறித்த அறிவு.
- தினசரி விற்பனை, பணக் கையாளுதல் மற்றும் செலவுக் கட்டுப்பாடு ஆகியவற்றை நிர்வகிக்கும் திறன்.
- கணினி அறிவு (POS அமைப்புகள், Microsoft Office).
- தமிழ் மற்றும் ஆங்கில மொழிகளில் சரளமாகப் பேசும் திறன் (சிங்கள மொழி அறிவு கூடுதல் சிறப்பாகக் கருதப்படும்).
- அழுத்தமான சூழலிலும், வார இறுதி நாட்கள் மற்றும் பொது விடுமுறை நாட்களிலும் பணிபுரியும் திறன்.
- வயது 28–45 (விருப்பத்திற்குரியது).

- சிறந்த வாடிக்கையாளர் சேவை மற்றும் உணவுத் தரத்தை உறுதி செய்தல்.
- பணியாளர் பணி அட்டவணை மற்றும் வருகையைப் பராமரித்தல்.
- சரக்கு இருப்பு, கொள்முதல் மற்றும் இருப்புக்கட்டுப்பாட்டைக் கண்காணித்தல்.
- இயக்கச் செலவுகளைக் கட்டுப்படுத்தி விற்பனை இலக்குகளை அடைதல்.
- தினசரி மற்றும் மாதாந்திரச் செயல்பாட்டு அறிக்கைகளைத் தயாரித்தல்.
- சுத்தம், சுகாதாரம் மற்றும் பாதுகாப்புத் தரநிலைகளைப் பேணுதல்.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience in managing restaurant operations, staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to manage daily sales, cash handling, and cost control.
- Computer literacy (POS systems, Microsoft Office).
- Fluent in Tamil and English (Sinhala is an added advantage).
- Ability to work under pressure and during weekends/public holidays.
- Age 28–45 years (preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Manage staff schedules and attendance.
- Monitor inventory, purchasing, and stock control.
- Achieve sales targets while controlling operating costs.
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
