The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing the company's social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and generate business opportunities. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple digital platforms while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Social media strategy, content planning, and campaign management.
- Expertise in organic and paid social media marketing.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, GA4, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management tools.
- Strong content creation, communication, and brand management skills.
- Analytical, project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing is an added advantage.
- 4-6 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
- Experience managing corporate social media platforms and paid campaigns.
- Automotive, EV, retail, or FMCG industry experience is an added advantage.
