HR Manager

Are you a passionate HR professional with strong leadership skills? We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department and drive people-focused strategies that support our organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, leave administration, and HR compliance.
- Plan employee training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws and company policies.
- Lead and motivate the HR team to achieve organizational goals.
- Security administration
Requirements:
- MBA or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or any other related discipline.
- Over 5 years of HR experience, including managerial experience.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing field will be an added advantage.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and make strategic HR decisions.
