Operations Assistants - School Leaver (Female)

We’re looking for a dynamic, proactive, and enthusiastic individual to join our operations team. If you’re tech-savvy, love delivering excellent customer service, and want to grow in a high-performing environment — we want to hear from you!
- Location: Colombo 03
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Commitment: Minimum 6 months, with potential for permanent placement based on performance
- Age Requirement: Below 25 years
Key Requirements:
- School Leavers are encouraged to apply!
- Excellent command of English – both spoken and written
- Outstanding telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficiency in email communication
- Proficiency in working with MS Word / Excel
- Can-do attitude and performance-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Smart and pleasant personality
- Ability to adapt in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of Sinhala / Tamil (spoken, read, written) is an added advantage
