Trainee Associate - Human Resources | Head Office
YOU WILL,
- Be accountable on end to end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and induction.
- Update Talent Acquisition related data bases on a timely manner.
- Assist on updating HR portal with related information.
- Support L&D vertical while coordinating training programs.
- Update the training data base and follow up related payments with Finance.
ARE YOU?
- Graduate or final year undergraduate in Human Resource Management or related qualifications.
- Minimum 06 months of experience working in the field of HR.
- Independent and works with minimum supervision.
- A proficient in MS Excel and other MS applications.
- A good team player & communicator.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
