Head of Sales & Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our sales and marketing operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve organizational targets.
- Lead, manage, motivate, and monitor the Sales & Marketing team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, corporate clients, and other external stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and promotional events at schools and external organizations.
- Represent the company as a professional public speaker at marketing events and corporate functions.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and marketing plans.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Excellent English communication and public speaking skills.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with schools, educational institutions, and corporate organizations.
- Target-oriented with a strong business development mindset.
