Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance.
- Provide Level 1 support for enterprise business applications, ensuring timely issue resolution and system availability.
- Manage application access, upgrades, deployments, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Monitor cloud resources, support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities while driving cost optimization.
- Administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), and enterprise identity & access management.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies, ISO 27001 standards, and support vulnerability remediation initiatives.
- Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and audit records while ensuring vendor SLA compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT Infrastructure team while driving operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in infrastructure, cloud, application, and digital transformation projects, identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Administration, or Application Support.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, Backup & Security).
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Firewalls, SD-WAN, and endpoint management solutions.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications and coordinating with external vendors.
- Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
