Job Description
- We are looking for an energetic, results-driven, and experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing insurance sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop new Insurance Advisors.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Drive new business development and customer acquisition.
- Conduct field visits and joint client meetings with team members.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure high-quality business submissions and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare sales reports and monitor team KPIs.
- Organize team meetings, training sessions, and recruitment activities.
Requirements
- Age between 30–50 years.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or Marketing.
- Previous leadership or team management experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- A valid driving license and own vehicle will be an added advantage.
