Role Responsibilities:
- Freight Coordination & Shipment Tracking
- Clearance Management
- Invoice Verification & Payment Coordination
- Documentation & Record Keeping
- SLA Monitoring & Reporting
Experience and Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Good understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
