SK Farm is a leading farm engaged in diversified farming activities including coconut, livestock, poultry, and fish farming. Main Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain farm machinery,
- Especially tillage machines and JCB machines.
- Supervise and coordinate farm staff.
- Assist in all aspects of daily farm operations (planting, harvesting.
- Animal care and maintenance tasks).
- Lead farm operations and ensure they are carried out in an efficient manner.
- Ensure that safety protocols and best farm practices are followed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
Required Qualifications:
- Driver's license and experience.
- Experience in agriculture or farm work.
- Interest and ability to learn various farm tasks.
- Ability to work responsibly.
- Ability to work as a team.
Benefits and Perks:
- Salary starts from 45,000/= to 55,000/= per month
- After 3 months, an additional salary of 10000.00 rupees will be paid according to the quality of work
