CC Express is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to drive business growth by identifying new customers, building strong client relationships, and promoting our courier and logistics solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Meet prospective clients and present CC Express courier and logistics solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into active customers.
- Prepare quotations and proposals for clients.
- Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Experience in Logistics, Courier, FMCG, Telecom, Banking, or Insurance industries will be an added advantage.
