Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Colombo. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, leading the execution of our relaunch strategy across digital and traditional platforms, generating leads, and developing innovative campaigns that highlight originality, sustainability, and premium value.
The individual will build and maintain relationships with clients, provide excellent customer service, and collaborate closely with internal teams to meet sales and growth targets. The role also involves analysing data to develop effective sales strategies and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research

- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
