Junior Executive Operations

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate PMSC operations and vessel husbandry services efficiently.
- Liaise with port authorities, government agencies, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
- Support daily operational activities, including team coordination and scheduling.
- Collaborate with the DA (Disbursement Account) team to ensure timely issuance of FDAs, collections, and effective debtor control.
Skills and Experience Required
- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Transport & Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marine, shipping, or logistics operations is anadvantage.
- English Language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and operational software systems.
