Tax Executives | Tax Junior 
 
Centra Management – Sri Lanka, a member of a global network of accounting, audit and tax advisory, compliance services to wide range of multinational and local clients. As part of our ongoing expansion, we invite applications from dedicated and energetic individuals to join our tax team.

Position Overview:
We are seeking Tax Executives and Tax Trainees who are passionate about developing their careers in tax advisory and compliance. You will be exposed to challenging assignments and gain practical experience while working in a collaborative professional environment.

Salary: 45,000 to 55,000 (Based on your Qualification and Experiences)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30AM to 5.00PM  (Overtime may be required after 5:00 PM depending on workload and deadlines.)


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in delivering tax compliance and advisory services to clients across diverse industries
  • Support in the preparation and submission of statutory tax returns
  • Liaise with tax authorities and handle correspondence independently
  • Analyse tax implications and assist with tax planning strategies
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely reporting
 
Candidate Profile:
  • Fully or partly qualified in a professional body such as CTASL/ SLIT/ CASL / CMA (SL) / AATSL
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a chartered accounting firm
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Eagerness to learn and build strong technical and client service skills
