Quantity Surveyors
A reputed construction company is seeking highly competent and results-oriented Quantity Surveyors to be based at its Head Office in Boralesgamuwa, Colombo.
The selected candidates will play a key role in the completion phase of AFD/ADB funded Water Supplyand Road Infrastructure Projects, with responsibilities related to the Statement at Completion (SAC), Final Account, Contractual Claims, Dispute Board (DB) Submissions, and Arbitration Proceedings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Management to prepare, review and justify the Statement at Completion (SAC), Final Accounts, and contractual claims.
- Assist the Senior Management to prepare cost analyses, contractual correspondence, claim substantiation records and supporting documentation.
- Assist the Senior Management to draft and submit Dispute Board (DB) and Arbitration-related documentation within stipulated timelines.
- Assist the Senior Management to coordinate with representatives of the Engineer, Employer, and Contractor to facilitate the finalization of claims and accounts.
- Assist in the preparation, management, and resolution of contractual disputes through
- Dispute Boards (DB) and Arbitration.
- Ensure compliance with contract conditions, project procedures, and applicable industry standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university with minimum of three (03) years’ post-qualification experience or an equivalent.
- Competency in the finalization of Statement at Completion (SAC), Final Account, contractual claims, and dispute resolution processes.
