- අමුත්තන්ට පුද්ගලාරෝපිත සේවාවක් සැපයීම, ඔවුන්ගේ සුවපහසුව සහ තෘප්තිය සහතික කිරීම.
- අමුත්තන්ගේ කාමරවල හෝ පෞද්ගලික භෝජනාගාරවල ආහාර සංවිධානය කිරීම සහ සේවය කිරීම, ආහාර, පාන වර්ග සහ වෙනත් ප්රණීත ආහාර සැපයීම.
- ඉහළම සේවා ප්රමිතීන් සහතික කිරීම සඳහා ගෘහ පාලනය, F&B සහ අනෙකුත් කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය සමඟ සම්බන්ධීකරණය කිරීම.
අවශ්යතා

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, offering a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Organize and serve meals, serve meals, beverages, and other refreshments in guests' rooms or in private dining areas.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other staff to ensure the highest standards of service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years' of experiences within a hotel or other related hospitality environment.
- Good command of English language.
- A personable individual with good customer service skills.
- Strong multitasking skills.
- Commitment to a high level of customer service.
