Assistant Manager - Spare Parts (Urgent)

Key Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
- Ability to work under pressure and teamwork
- Minimum 02 years of experience in Tractors and Combine harvester Spare parts
- Knowledge of tractors and combine harvester spare parts
- Should possess a valid driving license
- Preferably not more than 40 years of age to suit the position
- Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala
- Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and vendors
Key Responsibilities
- Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts manually to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Monitoring the current parts inventory
- Pricing parts to maintain profitability
- Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them
- Helping customers find and purchase the correct parts
- Overseeing special orders
- Collaborating with service managers to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
