WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Implement business development strategies to secure new contracts & expand into local & international markets.
- Lead tender preparation and submissions to secure high-value contracts. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Elevate the corporate brand through digital & traditional marketing efforts.
- Lead event participation, such as expos & exhibitions, to showcase the corporate capabilities.
- Report regularly to the top management on business development progress, market trends & marketing activities.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- A professional certification in Marketing (CIM/SLIM) would be a bonus.
- 3+ years prior experience in marketing / business development is a must.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Experience in digital marketing & social media management.
- Fluency in English & proficiency in MS Office suite.
- A good team player with interpersonal & analytical skills.
