Selyn Exporters (Pvt) Ltd, Sri Lanka's only Fair Trade Guaranteed handloom company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead the Finance Division, provide strategic financial guidance, and ensure operational and statutory compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, review, and present monthly and annual accounts, while managing budgets and forecasts.
- Oversee cash flow, banking, audits, taxation, EPF/ETF, and ensure compliance with financial standards and controls
- Provide financial guidance to support strategy, investments, cost management, and governance.
- Lead and develop the finance team to ensure strong performance and growth.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 10 years' progressive experience in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years in а managerial role.
- Professional qualification in CA / CIMA / ACCA (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks is an advantage)
- Proven ability in financial strategy, forecasting, and risk management.
