Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Research market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and use customer insights to inform marketing plans.
- Analyze performance metrics and campaign results to optimize strategies and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across different campaigns and channels.
Campaign and Project Execution:
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional media
- Manage the creation and distribution of marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, press releases, and advertising assets.
- Coordinate promotional activities and events, such as product launches, conferences, and trade shows. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and advertising agencies.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to meet goals and support their professional growth.
- Work with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and public relations, to ensure consistent messaging and strategy.
- Present campaign ideas, results, and budget proposals to senior management and other stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business management or CIM/SLIM Qualification.
- Possess minimum 5 years' Experience in same capacity.
- Excellent presentation & communication skills.
- Age below 45 Years.
- Energetic, positive attitude & passionate about the role.
