JOB SCOPE
- Lead sales team to achieve targets
- Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory, suppliers, and showroom standards
- Analyze performance and improve operations
- Build key customer relationships
- Train and supervise staff
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in sales & operations (textile industry preferred)
- Strong leadership with the ability to develop teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of textile products and market trends
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
