We are looking for a dedicated Insurance Executive to join our team and support our day today operations.
Job Role
- Oversee and manage the company's insurance portfolio.
- Maintain effective coordination with insurance providers.
- Update employee and family insurance details on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate initial procedures and handle claims and documentation.
- Strictly adhere to timely renewal of company policies.
- Ensure timely renewal of company vehicle insurance and maintain related documentation.
- Maintain records of new company branch locations and insured assets.
- Follow up on insurance, damages and medical claims.
Qualifications
- Ability to coordinate effectively with insurance providers and internal departments.
- Good organizational and record- keeping skills.
- Previous experience in insurance coordination is mandatory; or, candidates with 2-3 years of experience in administration may also apply.
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala, with attention to detail.
- Age should be above 28.
