The Role
As an Executive Business Development - Personal Finance, you will be responsible for:
- Demonstrating sound knowledge and expertise in marketing.
- Initiating and implementing timely and effective strategies to achieve individual targets.
- Marketing the full range of financial products offered by the company, with a primary focus on lending.
- Conducting promotional activities to contribute to branch profitability and sustainable growth.
The Profile
- Successful completion of the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.
- Full or part professional qualification (SLIM/CIM) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of two years' experience in marketing, preferably in the non-banking finance industry.
- Willingness to be based in the assigned location.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and marketing skills.
- A valid riding/driving license is mandatory.
