Business Development Manager - Corporate Business
Lead the growth of Sri Lanka's premier professional sales & business education institution
As our Business Development Manager - Corporate Business, you will be responsible for expanding CISD's corporate client portfolio by developing strategic partnerships and delivering professional education and executive training solutions to leading organisations across Sri Lanka.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with HR, Learning & Development, Sales and senior management teams.
- Promote CISD's professional qualifications, executive education and customised training solutions.
- Conduct corporate meetings, presentations and programme consultations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and customised corporate training solutions.
- Develop strategic partnerships with companies and professional organisations.
- Manage the corporate sales pipeline and achieve agreed revenue targets.
- Coordinate with academic, marketing and operations teams to ensure successful programme delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Proven experience in business development, corporate sales or key account management.
- Strong network within the Sri Lankan corporate sector would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers.
- Strong commercial awareness and target- driven mindset.
- Experience in education, professional training, HR solutions, banking, insurance or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of business growth.
SALARY PACKAGE
- LKR 150,000- 200,000 (BASED ON EXPERIENCE) + ATTRACTIVE COMMISSION
