Personal Finance Unit - Cotta Road
We are seeking a young, dynamic, and results-driven individual to join our team as an Executive - Personal Finance. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, contributing to the growth and efficiency of our operations.
The Role
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Business Unit and branches across the Northern and Eastern regions, ensuring seamless communication, effective coordination, and timely follow-up on key actions.
- Support branch staff by assisting with day-to-day operational and customer service issues related to personal finance products.
- Coordinate with internal teams to help resolve customer queries, operational issues, and branch-level challenges efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, generate regular reports, to analyse performance data, enabling effective monitoring and informed decision-making
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing overall operational efficiency and service quality.
The Profile
- Successful completion of GCE (A/L) examination.
- Sound computer literacy with hands-on experience in MS Office applications.
- Fluency in Tamil is essential, with proficiency in English and Sinhala are required.
- Prior experience in a similar job role is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple branches.
