Join our dynamic team and play a key role in providing exceptional roadside assistance and claims support to our valued customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming roadside assistance (RSA) calls via phone and digital platforms.
- Verify customer identity, policy coverage, vehicle details, and RSA eligibility.
- Register roadside assistance requests accurately in the system.
- Assess vehicle breakdowns, including towing, battery jump-starts, tyre changes, and minor repairs.
- Provide on-site support during roadside assistance service delivery when required.
- Coordinate and dispatch service providers, including tow operators and garages.
- Keep customers informed with regular status updates until service completion.
- Handle accident-related cases, repeated breakdowns, and customer disputes.
- Manage emergency and escalated calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Support motor and non-motor claims inspections when required.
- Liaise with customers, call centre teams, service providers, and insurance teams.
- Ensure compliance with insurance policy terms, exclusions, and fraud prevention protocols.
- Close cases with complete documentation and timely system updates.
- Report field observations, delays, and discrepancies through designated systems.
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Basic knowledge of vehicles and roadside breakdown scenarios.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Sound understanding of Roadside Assistance (RSA) services.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in emergency situations.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts.
- Knowledge of insurance claims, vehicle damage assessment, and spare parts is an added advantage.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
