Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Administration, or Application Support.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, Backup, and Security.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Firewalls, SD-WAN, and endpoint management solutions.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications and coordinating with external vendors.
  • Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices.
