Lecturer - Faculty Of Business Management | Padukka
The Faculty of Business Management invites committed and forward-thinking academics to contribute fresh perspectives, pursue impactful research, and inspire the next generation of learners across the following disciplines.
- Accounting and Finance with demonstrated teaching interests in Fintech, Accounting and Financial Analytics, and Sustainability and ESG Reporting.
- Human Resource Management with demonstrated teaching interests in HR Analytics.
- Marketing Management with demonstrated teaching interests in Entrepreneurship, Sustainable Marketing, Digital Marketing and Marketing Analytics.
- Supply Chain & Operations Management with demonstrated teaching interests in Operations System Design and Management, Business Process Improvement, Simulation, Decision Modelling & Analytics.
- Travel and Tourism Management with Demonstrated teaching expertise in Travel and Tourism, Service Quality Management in Tourism, Facilities Management, Event Management, and E-Commerce in Tourism.
THE ROLE
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lectures, design curriculum, and prepare course materials.
- Foster a collaborative learning environment through engaging & interactive classroom activities.
- Work closely with the department head to create Industry learning opportunities and exposure for students.
- Introduce and suggest innovative learning techniques to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor's Degree with Honours in the relevant field, with First Class or Second Class (Upper Division) AND,
- A two-year Master's Degree with a research component in the relevant field
- A minimum of six (06) years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Teaching at University Level
- Industry experience
- Research in a recognized Institution
