- Accounting and Finance with demonstrated teaching interests in Fintech, Accounting and Financial Analytics, and Sustainability and ESG Reporting.
- Human Resource Management with demonstrated teaching interests in HR Analytics.
- Marketing Management with demonstrated teaching interests in Entrepreneurship, Sustainable Marketing, Digital Marketing and Marketing Analytics.
- Supply Chain & Operations Management with demonstrated teaching interests in Operations System Design and Management, Business Process Improvement, Simulation, Decision Modelling & Analytics.
- Travel and Tourism Management with Demonstrated teaching expertise in Travel and Tourism, Service Quality Management in Tourism, Facilities Management, Event Management, and E-Commerce in Tourism.
THE ROLE
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lectures, design curriculum, and prepare course materials.
- Foster a collaborative learning environment through engaging & interactive classroom activities.
- Work closely with the department head to create Industry learning opportunities and exposure for students.
- Introduce and suggest innovative learning techniques to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor's Degree with Honours (First Class or Second Class - Upper Division) in the relevant field (Accounting & Finance, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Supply Chain & Operations Management, or Tourism and Hospitality Management)
- Professional qualifications in the relevant field.
- Prior lecturing and/or industry experience in data-driven analytics in the respective field will be an added advantage.
